I’m happy to leave a review for this. There are many varieties of this lamp on the market, but this one is the only one I found with three drawers — that was the deal-maker for me, as I embrace the practicality in most things for the home. Drawers = storage, and who couldn’t use more of that at home? Plus, I put this baby together with my bare hands — quite a feat for me, because I am construction-challenged — and it works! The accompanying light bulb is bright as day and lights up my bedroom and its loft with stunning brightness. All three drawers are functional, meaning I can open and close them easily. There are extra assembly screws in case you misplace one. And the lamp is just gorgeous! Even with its plain shade, it brings warmth and sophistication to my bedroom decor. I find myself looking at the lamp frequently, and am actually contemplating the purchase of another one! If you are on the fence about this lamp, don’t be. Get this one!

It’s sturdy and looks great. Relatively easy to assemble. Took about 30 minutes. A couple things to note:

- It is made of particle board. If you’re not careful, it’s not too difficult to dent the wood and scrape the paint off. But it’s not too much of a con considering the overall good build quality for a very affordable price.

- The shade is impossible to fold into a perfect cube. It is slightly rounded on some sides so it takes some adjusting to get it to sit and look well on the lamp. Once you do though, it looks great.

- The drawers are plastic. A sacrifice to keep the cost down. The don’t look bad though. You can’t tell they’re plastic unless you’re closely examining it.

It definitely deserves 5 stars as it is exactly what it claims to be with the highest possible quality in its price point.
